The Child Garuda Film A Story Of Friendship In The Middle Of Conflict

JAKARTA - Not finished with 'Abracadabra', director Faozan Rizal is back with his latest work entitled 'Anak Garuda'. This film, which is inspired by the true story of a school, is the first project of the Butterfly Pictures production house.

Through a press conference at the Ta Wan Epicentrum Walk, the production team and the film 'Anak Garuda' players shared their experiences and creative processes. Apart from Faozan Rizal, there is actor Verdi Solaiman who is the producer of this film.

This film is based on the story of seven students who are currently attending Sekolah Selamat Pagi Indonesia (SPI). The twists and turns of their school life and the friendship between the seven children have inspired the story of the film 'Anak Garuda'.

"The past does not determine the future," Koh Jul said to his students who mostly come from underprivileged circles. Many shooting locations took place in Batu, Malang and also Europe.

"Really exciting. Apart from filming, finding a new family too. Many lessons were taken during the shooting of Anak Garuda. What is the meaning of life, the meaning of real struggle and the role of Sayidah's background. " said Tissa Biani, one of the main characters of 'Garuda Children'

The same opinion was expressed by Clairine Clay, who played Olfa. According to him, this film is in tune with the players and their conflicts. Everything is told with their respective conflicts. The main point of this film is the cooperation of seven children to reduce their respective egos.

When met separately, Tissa told how she was able to build chemistry with the players and the original characters. They did a reading process for two weeks and went to film for Malang and Europe. He also met the real Sayidah and chatted to get to know Sayidah's figure.

'Anak Garuda' tells of Koh Jul who invited seven children of SPI alumni to manage their school business unit. But a lot of feuds between the seven make Koh Jul think about trying to get them all together. Finally, Koh Jul sent his seven students to Europe and tried to build cooperation with each other.
