Siak Prison Finds Methamphetamine Package Allegedly Thrown From Outside The Walls
SIAK - Officers from the Class II B State Detention Center (Rutan) in Siak Regency, Riau found a package of suspected methamphetamine, which was probably thrown by an unknown person from outside the walls.
The package, wrapped in green plastic, initially caught the attention of an officer named Fadel Fadholy who was patrolling the detention center area. The no-man's package was then reported to the head of the Siak Detention Center.
One large package of methamphetamine was thwarted, two small packages and two pirex glasses. After data collection, the drugs will be destroyed.
The head of the Siak Tonggo Rutan Rutan Butar-butar when confirmed confirmed the findings.
"It is strongly suspected that it was thrown from outside the wall. For development, we immediately coordinated with the Siak Resort Police and checked CCTV," he said, quoted by Antara, Wednesday, May 25.
Based on this finding, the Siak Prison managed to thwart drug smuggling inside the detention center. Tonggo claimed that the Siak Detention Center was committed to eradicating drugs in its environment.
The Siak Prison will continue to declare war on drug trafficking. Rutan officers have been trained to have alert and alert instincts, no matter how small their movements are observed and followed up.
