Jampidmil Investigators At The Attorney General's Office Propose Confiscation Of VillaTel Assets Related To Corruption Suspects In Indonesian Army Housing
JAKARTA - The connection team of investigators at the Deputy Attorney General for Military Crimes (Jampidmil) tracked and reviewed the assets of 2 VillaTel units belonging to suspected Army (AD) housing corruption suspects, namely Colonel Czi (Ret.) CW AHT and KGS MMS.
The review was conducted at Al Al Azhar Azhima Hotel Resort and Convention, Ngemplak, Boyolali Regency, Central Java. The investigative team initially coordinated with the Boyolali District Attorney's Office to coordinate with the Boyolali National Land Agency (BPN) regarding the zoning price and a certificate not in placing mortgage/roya rights and in Gagak Sipat Village regarding the Sales Value of Tax Objects (NJOP) and the market price of VillaTel.
Kapuspenkum AGO Ketut Sumedana explained, the investigative team then reviewed 2 units of VillaTel Tive Chinatown and Tive Colonial at the Azhar Azhima Hotel Resort and Convention.
"On Wednesday, May 25, 2022, the team submitted an approval regarding the approval of the confiscation of the evidence to the Semarang District Court," Sumedana said as quoted from a written statement, Wednesday, May 25.
In this case, the suspect Colonel Czi (Ret.) CW AHT played a role in appointing the suspect KGS MMS as the provider of residential land for soldiers in the Nagreg area of West Java and Gandus Palembang and signing a Cooperation Agreement for land acquisition in Gandus and Nagreg.
The suspect, Colonel Czi (Ret.) CW AHT, is suspected of having received money from the suspect KGS MMS.
