COVID-19 Patients In NTT Healed After Consuming Herbal Potion

JAKARTA - East Nusa Tenggara Governor Viktor Bungtilu Laiskodat said a number of COVID-19 patients in the area recovered after consuming herbal concoctions.

During the inauguration of the biomolecular laboratory to examine swab samples for COVID-19 patients, the result of cooperation between the NTT Provincial Government and the University of Nusa Cendana in Kupang, Friday, October 16, said that based on research results from a number of parties in the island-based province, herbal ingredients for treatment of COVID-19 patients.

This, he said, had been proven in curing a number of members of the Indonesian Army who served in Sikka Regency, who were exposed to COVID-19. Within four days, after consuming the herbal concoction, they were declared cured of COVID-19.

"TNI AD members in Sikka all recovered from exposure to COVID-19 after consuming the herbal medicine found in NTT. The TNI members in Sikka only needed four days to be treated and were declared cured of COVID-19," he said, quoted by Antara , Saturday. , without mentioning in detail the herbs.

He also said that in addition to members of the Indonesian Army, COVID-19 patients who were being treated at the Athlete's House in Jakarta, there were also those who recovered after consuming the herbal concoction from NTT.

In fact, he said, a number of COVID-19 patients who have been on ventilators because of difficulty in breathing, have also recovered after consuming the herbal concoction.

"Many of my business friends who were sick with COVID-19 took herbs from NTT and managed to recover. We must be grateful because NTT is rich in herbal medicines that can cure various diseases, including COVID-19," said Governor Viktor.

He said NTT residents began consuming herbs to deal with COVID-19 transmission, prior to an appeal from the World Health Organization (WHO) which recommended herbal ingredients as a cure for COVID-19.

"This drug has also been consumed by doctors who have been confirmed positive for COVID-19 and have recovered successfully," he said.
