JAKARTA - Head of the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT) Komjen Boy Rafly Amar said Fahmi Idris is a person who really cares about the community. Especially with local people.

Boy shares his memories with Fahmi. According to him, Fahmi really wanted to meet with him to discuss and provide input regarding the situation in the country. Luckily, Boy admitted that his wish was fulfilled before Fahmi died.

"He is a figure who cares about various community parties and connects with parties who can provide solutions with the information he receives," he said at the Funeral Home, Mampang Prapatan IV, Jakarta, Sunday, May 22.

Boy admitted that as a young generation from the Minangkabau community, he certainly felt he had lost Fahmi Idris as a national figure.

"I am very different from him, he is almost 80 years old, first met in the 2000s. We know him as an activist figure, politician, businessman, state official. task," he said.

Previously, the sad news of the death of Fahmi Idris was conveyed by his daughter, Fahira Idris through his social media account.

The mourning ceremony for Fahmi Idris began to be crowded with mourners. At the location, CT Corp Founder & Chairman Chairul Tanjung, MPR Chairman Bambang Soesatyo (Bamsoet), and Golkar politician Yorrys Raweyai were present.

In addition, PSSI Chairman Mochamad Iriawan or Iwan Bule was also present, Head of BNPT, Head of the National Counter-Terrorism Agency (BNPT), Komjen Pol, and Minister of Trade Muhammad Lutfi.

Shortly after the arrival of the mourners, the body of Fahmi Idris arrived at around 12.40 WIB at the Funeral Home, Mampang Prapatan IV Number 20, South Jakarta. The plan is that Fahmi's body will be buried in Tanah Kusir, South Jakarta.

The courtyard of the funeral home was filled with mourning wreaths. Among them were the Governor of DKI Jakarta Anies Baswedan, Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta Ariza Patria and Chairman of the Honorary Council of the Golkar Party, Akbar Tandjung.
