Shots Erupt At Ragunan Police Complex, Residents Suspected It Was Due To Family Problems
JAKARTA - Gunshots erupted at the National Police Complex, Ragunan, Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta, Friday, May 20, noon.
One local resident who did not want to be named thought the shot was aimed at a bottle. Because there was the sound of broken glass.
"It's like shooting a bottle. You can hear the sound of shattering inside the house," the reporter told VOI, Saturday, May 21.
The resident said there were several shots fired in one day. However, there was a pause between the popping sounds. "What happened at his house was the sound of gunshots," he said.
When asked about the cause of the shooting, the resident admitted that he did not know. He did not know further about it from the party or the family concerned.
However, the residents suspect it could be due to stress. "Maybe he's stressed because of family problems," he joked.
Currently, Polda Metro Jaya is investigating the case of gunshots at the Ragunan Police Complex. Police suspect the sound came from a gunshot.
