The Story Of My Lecturer My Husband Season 2, More Complex Because Of The Third Person Between Inggit And Arya
JAKARTA - MD Entertainment Company released the WeTV Original series My Lecturer My Husband Season 2, which will air on May 28, 2022 on WeTV and iflix. This series is again handled by renowned director Monty Tiwa and played by famous Indonesian stars, Reza Rahadian & Prilly Latuconsina, supported by stars such as Estelle Linden, Josephine Firmstone, Maura Gabrielle, Julia Alexander, Nicho Bryant, and Asyafriena Alatas.
"At first, we wanted to make this a film script, but our creative team has discussed it with Mr. Monty Tiwa, so let's make it a series," said Manoj Punjabi as Producer when met in South Jakarta, Saturday, May 21.
Different from the first season of My Lecturer My Husband, in this second season the domestic relationship between Inggit (Prilly Latuconsina) and Arya (Reza Rahadian) will be hit by unexpected conflicts and problems.
The conflict they are now facing is the presence of a third person in Inggit and Arya's household. She is Karin who is Arya's best friend.
With this conflict, Manoj explained that the audience would find the differences between the characters Aris (Layangan Putus) and Arya, both played by Reza. Manoj said that in this series, Reza will not be able to move because he has a vicious wife.
"Remember, this is Arya not Aris. So if you want to be an actor, be careful. Here his wife is fierce. So Arya can't move. But let the audience confuse Aris and Arya," said Manoj.
Monty Tiwa as the director of the series said that the story that would be presented would be more complex. Not only the love story between Inggit and Arya, but the supporters in this series also have their own stories. So, this series is rich in love stories.
"This MLMH season 2 is about one and many things. The only thing is that it's still a household conflict. Because the setting is a household drama. But there are so many layers," explained Monty.
"So here is the encyclopedia of love stories. From just friends who want to go on a date, then from going out and getting married, and in the world of marriage there are also those who succeed and those who don't. It will all be here," he continued.
