Minimizing Land Problems, Plt Regent Of Bogor Asks All Sub-District Heads To Be Careful, Thorough And Master The Regulations

BOGOR - Acting Bogor Regent, Iwan Setiawan, emphasized that all sub-districts in Bogor Regency, West Java, fully understand various land regulations.

"The sub-district head must be more careful and thorough in verifying the orderly administration of both the liberation and transfer of other land rights," said Iwan when giving a briefing to 40 sub-districts throughout Bogor Regency in Cisarua Bogor, Antara, Thursday, May 19.

According to him, the sub-district heads are Temporary Land Deed Making Officials in their respective regions. They are appointed because they have a function in carrying out PPAT duties, by making a PPAT deed.

When all sub-districts control land regulations, it will minimize the emergence of land problems in Bogor Regency which has a large enough area, namely 416 villages and 16 sub-districts.

He hopes that in the future the Bogor Regency Government will avoid legal problems related to land, the resolution of which requires energy and a relatively long time.

"Therefore, this technical guidance activity must be taken seriously by the sub-district heads," said the Gerindra Party politician.

In addition, he hopes that the Bogor Regency Government can improve the quality of services regarding land to the community.
