DENPASAR - Video of female citizen of Estonia, Valeria Vasilieva has gone viral on social media. Miss Global Estonia 2022 accused the police in Bali always asking for money.
The video was uploaded to Valeria Vasilieva's TikTok account, @lerusi_k. He satirized the police while on vacation to the Island of the Gods. In the upload, he called the police in Bali as corrupt, because they always ask tourists for money.
Netizens responded to this statement, including Niluh Djelantik, an accessories designer from Bali.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Bali Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkum HAM), Anggiat Napitupulu said that the viral post was under the authority of the police in handling it.
"The problem of foreigners who vilify the police is the authority of the police," said Napitupulu, Wednesday, May 18.
