Police Arrest 37 Suspects From Ecstasy To Marijuana Cases In Denpasar
DENPASAR - Denpasar Police, Bali, arrested 37 suspects in drug trafficking cases. They circulate ecstasy to ganaja.
"We succeeded in uncovering 32 drug cases, there were 37 suspects," said Denpasar Police Chief Kombes Jansen Avitus Panjaitan to reporters, Thursday, October 15.
From this disclosure, evidence was confiscated, namely 199 ecstasy pills; 4.02 grams of synthetic tobacco, 6.55 grams of marijuana. The suspects came from Java, Bali, Riau, NTB and Sumatra.
"16 people as dealers, then 21 people as users or addicts," said Jansen.
The drug trafficking in Denpasar uses the delivery mode. Currently being traced to major drug dealers circulating in Denpasar.
"Then we are still exploring the source of the goods to be redeveloped so that we can follow it up to the big city later," he continued.
The suspects charged under Article 111 paragraph 1, Article 112 paragraph 1 and paragraph 2. The threat of a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
