The Fate Of Liga 1 2020 Is Clear, Persiraja Banda Aceh Has Chosen To Stay In Yogyakarta
JAKARTA - The Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) and PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB) have decided that the League 1 competition will start in November 2020. There are two other options if they do not get permission from the police in November.
PSSI and PT LIB did not include an option to stop the competition. The organizer of the Indonesian League competition ensures that the competition will continue according to the club's expectations.
The decision of PSSI and PT LIB was warmly welcomed by Persiraja Banda Aceh. The club president, Nazaruddin Dek Gam, has instructed the team to continue training in Yogyakarta.
He also asked the coaching team led by Hendri Susilo to continue the training program. Dek Gam wants his club to be 100 percent ready when the 2020 League 1 competition resumes.
"I make sure Persiraja is ready to continue the competition," he said.
Previously, Persiraja had stopped training due to the unclear competition for Liga 1. However, the direction changed after PSSI and PT LIB held an extraordinary meeting with the club in Yogyakarta, a few days ago.
"PSSI has decided on a conclusion about the continuation of the competition, and we have no objection," said the President of Persiraja Banda Aceh.
"Now everything is clear. Defender in Yogyakarta and train as usual until the competition is held," he said.
