Danny Pomanto Quipped The Electability Of Mixing Rice, Timses Adama: Don't Just Talk

MAKASSAR - Spokesperson Danny Pomanto-Fatmawati Rusdi (Adama) responded to Golkar politician Risman Pasigai's insinuation about the highest electability of the Celebes Research Center (CRC) survey due to factors related to the distribution of basic necessities. The Adama team emphasized that the candidate pair number one had never been involved in money politics.

"Let the law enforcers decide later, we appreciate the ongoing legal process," said Adama spokesman Indira Mulyasari confirmed by VOI , Thursday, October 15.

This NasDem politician emphasized that Danny Pomanto-Fatmawai followed all the rules set out in the Makassar Pilkada process. Regarding the alleged distribution of basic foodstuffs, Indira again said that it was done by individuals who had nothing to do with Adama or timses.

"We have never distributed rice. We all comply with the rules of the organizer. The team has been briefed well," he said.

Meanwhile, Chairman of the Adama Legal Team, Mochtar Djuma, asked that the Golkar politician's insinuation be proven about the connection between Adama's electability and the case handled by the Makassar Bawaslu.

"If he can prove it, don't just talk, if it can be proven. (For the staple food) it's an act outside of the campaign. Basically, our team does not exist like that, what is certain is that the legal team will continue to run and monitor this," he said.

"So it's just a cheap issue that doesn't need to be addressed," continued Mochtar Djuma.

Previously, South Sulawesi (Sulsel) Golkar politician Muhammad Risman Pasigai insinuated the candidate number 1 in the Makassar Pilkada, Danny Pomanto-Fatmawati Rusdi (Adama). According to him, Adama's high electability based on the Celebes Research Center (CRC) survey was due to other factors.

Another factor that Risman refers to is the allegation of money politics using the rice distribution method. Allegations of election violations as well as violations are being handled by Bawaslu Makassar.

"If the results of the candidate's electability survey are high, it is natural, don't be surprised because they are mixed with rice. We'll see, whether this method works in Makassar, especially since it has been processed at Bawaslu," said Risman, Wednesday, October 14.
