The Honda Civic Burns At The Exit Of The Jatiwarna Toll

JAKARTA - A Honda Civic car numbered B 2831 GN caught fire at the Jatiwarna Exit Toll, KM 37+000A, Bambu Apus Village, Cipayung District, East Jakarta. According to information, the incident occurred at around 4:58 pm.

"After receiving the report, we dispatched a fire department with 3 personnel to the location of the car fire. The fire was extinguished at around 17:22 WIB," said Head of East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept. Gatot Sulaeman to reporters, Tuesday, May 17.

Gatot said, from the results of the temporary investigation, the cause of the fire was due to a short circuit.

"When the driver was about to leave the Jati Warna toll gate, suddenly there was smoke on the driver's dashboard and on the hood, causing a fire," he said.

As a result of this incident, the owner of the car named Haryo Muhammad suffered a loss of Rp. 10 million rupiah.

"Thank God there were no casualties as a result of this incident," he said.
