Lawyer Dea OnlyFans Claims Case Files Will Be Completed Soon

JAKARTA - Dea Ayu Dewanti's attorney, aka Dea OnlyFans, Abdillah Syarifudin, said that the case file for the alleged pornography case which established his client as a suspect was still in the process of being drafted. However, soon it will be delegated to the Prosecutor's Office.

"Everything is still in the process, but there are indeed some updates, one of which God willing, maybe in the near future the files will be transferred to the Prosecutor's Office," Syarifudin told reporters, Tuesday, May 17.

In addition, Syarifudin, who was present at the Polda Metro Jaya in order to accompany Dea to fulfill his reporting requirements, also mentioned the Juctice Collaborator (JC). He said the police responded positively.

Thus, it is estimated that in the next few weeks the Polda Metro Jaya will provide an answer regarding the Juctice Collaborator's request.

"In the next few weeks, there will be a follow-up from the Crime Investigation Unit. Thank God our JC received a positive response from the police," said Syarifudin.

Gusti Ayu Dewanti Dea OnlyFans has been named a suspect in a suspected pornography case. Despite his status as a suspect, investigators decided not to detain him.

So far, Dea only has to undergo mandatory reporting. This is because the request for a suspension of detention was granted by investigators.

In this case, Dea was charged with Article 27 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph 1 of Law No. 19 of 2016 regarding amendments to Law No. 11 of 2008 concerning the ITE Law.

Then, Article 4 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 29 and or Article 4 paragraph 2 in conjunction with Article 30 and/or Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 and/or Article 9 in conjunction with Article 35 and/or Article 10 in conjunction with Article 36 of Law number 44 of 2008 regarding pornography.
