Medan DPRD Encourages Inspectorate Of Subordinates Bobby Nasution To Open Examination Results Of Former Head Of BKD
MEDAN - The Medan City DPRD encourages the local inspectorate to open the results of the examination of the former Head of the Medan City Civil Service and Human Resources Development Agency (BKD and PSDM), Zain Noval, which has been completed.
Deputy Chairman of Commission I of the Medan City DPRD, Rudiyanto Simangunsong, said that the results of the examination of the former Head of the Medan City BKD and PSDM Zain Noval could be followed up immediately.
"If it is proven that Zain Noval has allegedly committed the sale and purchase of positions, then further legal proceedings can be carried out," he said, quoted by ANTARA, Monday, May 16.
This legislator reminded that the examination conducted by the Medan City Inspectorate since the end of March this year is not just a mere formality.
"Moreover, we heard that the Mayor of Medan does not tolerate all forms of KKN (corruption, collusion, and nepotism) in the Medan City Government. Therefore, we ask for a serious investigation," he said.
He also advised the Medan City Inspectorate not to play games in enforcing discipline against state civil servants (ASN) within the Medan City Government.
"Don't let the feeling of Medan residents arise that the eradication of KKN in the Medan City Government is just small talk," said Rudiyanto.
Medan Mayor Bobby Nasution had previously disabled Zain Noval from his position as Head of the Medan City BKD and PSDM related to the alleged sale and purchase of positions.
"That (Zain Noval) asked the Inspectorate. I have conveyed that many times. If there are indications, we will submit them to the Inspectorate," said Bobby, in Medan, Tuesday (5/4).
