Birthday, IU Donates 2 Billion For Underprivileged Families

JAKARTA - It's no secret that singer IU makes donations every year. Likewise with the moment when celebrating birthdays today, Monday, May 16.

Just like the previous year, IU donated a fantastic amount. His agency EDAM Entertainment shared the news that the singer, whose real name is Lee Ji Eun, made a donation of 210 million won or the equivalent of Rp. 2 billion.

The donations were made to four organizations: The Snail of Love, Korean Unwed Mothers' Families Association, Eden I Ville, and the Changinwon social welfare foundation. The four organizations focus on underprivileged families and unmarried mothers.

This donation will be used for the care and operation of young people with disabilities, living parents and others.
