JAKARTA - The final manuscript of the Work Creation Law finally arrived and was submitted to the Palace through the Ministry of State Secretariat (Kemensetneg) from the Secretariat General of the DPR RI.
The Secretary General of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Indra Iskandar, delivers the manuscript of the Work Creation Law directly to the State Secretariat Building, Jakarta, Wednesday, October 14.
Indra arrived at the Main Lobby of the State Secretariat building at around 14:20 WIB carrying the thick final manuscript in his hand and then handed it over to President Joko Widodo through the State Secretariat.
Indra showed reporters the final manuscript which appeared to be covered in clear mica plastic for a moment and invited the journalists to take a picture of himself with the script in hand.
He only nodded when asked by reporters whether he was present himself when submitting the final manuscript. Indra did seem to come alone with the escort of several of his aides.
As reported by Antara , Indra was received directly by the Minister of State Secretary (Mensesneg) Pratikno.
Previously, he had confirmed that there was no substantive change from the draft Ciptaker Law which was sent to President Jokowi with a text that was passed at the DPR Plenary Meeting on Monday, October 5.
