VIDEO: Fire In Pulogadung, Middle Aged Man Dies After Being Trapped In Bathroom

JAKARTA - Three houses in the Bulog Kayu Putih complex in Pulogadung, East Jakarta, caught fire on Thursday (12/5) afternoon. The fire is thought to have been caused by an electrical short circuit in an uninhabited house. A resident of a house trapped in the flames did not have time to save himself while trying to extinguish the fire that was spreading to his house. The family sobbed when they found out the victim was found in the bathroom. The victim's body was taken to the Ciptomangunkusumo Hospital in Jakarta for an autopsy to determine the cause of death. Fifteen units of water cars were dispatched by the East Jakarta Gulkarmat Sub-dept. to the scene. Watch the video below.
