After Gas Pipe Explosion In Prabumulih, Pertamina Ensures SKG PEP Limau Operates Normal
JAKARTA - Senior Manager for Limau Field, Zulfikar Akbar, said that the Pertamina EP Limau Field (PEP) Gas Compressor Station 1 (SKG 1) in Kemang Tanduk Village, Prabumulih City, South Sumatra, was confirmed to be operating normally after the explosion incident that occurred Monday, May 9.
Zulfikar said that the operational activities of SKG I were to supply the needs of own use gas in the Limau Field.
He added that the explosion that occurred did not originate from Pertamina's gas pipeline.

Two residents affected by the incident have been referred to Dr Mohammad Hoesin Hospital in Palembang.
Pertamina, continued Zulfikar, is responsible for the condition of the two victims.
