Minibus Collises With Container Truck In Palembang, 3 Seriously Injured Taken To Hospital
SUMSEL - A minibus collided with a container truck on Jalan Pangeran Ayin, Sako District, Palembang City, South Sumatra (Sumsel), Tuesday 10 May. Several passengers suffered serious and minor injuries.

According to him, the car came from Lubuk Linggau City to Palembang to deliver passengers by crossing Jalan Noerdin Pandji towards Jalan MP Mangkunegara, Sako.
On the way, the car took the opposite route and, unfortunately, at the same time, a counter-truck came from the opposite direction to the warehouse area on Jalan Tanjung Api-Api, until the collision occurred at around 06.00 WIB.
Due to the incident, he said, the driver and three passengers of the minibus suffered serious injuries and six others suffered minor injuries.
The victims who received first aid assisted by local residents were taken to the Karya Asih Charitas Kenten Hospital, then referred to the Mohammad Hoesin Palembang Central General Hospital (RSUP) for intensive treatment.
The four seriously injured victims were S (40) as the driver who suffered a broken right leg and a torn head wound. He was a resident of the New Range I, Kecamaran Magang Sakti, Musi Rawas, South Sumatra, the three passengers A (31), U ( 42) and Ag (24), who are also residents of Musi Rawas, had lacerations to their heads.
Then six other victims, namely DA (19), T (27), IP (27), A (16), MA (2), and TR (3), most of whom suffered minor injuries to their hands, all of which have been treated by home medical officers. local pain.
One of the victims, DA (19) who was talked to at the Karya Asih Charitas Hospital, admitted that he and the other passengers were sleeping because they were tired of traveling long distances since Monday (9/5) night.
Then, he said, they woke up when the car had collided which happened so fast.
"I only got bruises on my right leg and my laptop broke. I've contacted the family who are here to pick me up," said the student from one of the universities in Palembang.
The traffic situation at the location, which had stalled, has been running smoothly since this afternoon after police officers and the Palembang City Transportation Service evacuated the two cars by pulling them using a tow truck.
