The Case Of TNI Members Being Robbed, The Perpetrators 8 People With 4 Motorbikes
JAKARTA - The case of the robbery with the victims of two Indonesian Army soldiers from the Yonarhanud 10/ABC Kodam Jaya unit is being investigated. Police said the perpetrators numbered eight people riding four motorbikes.
"Based on the confession of the suspect that we have secured, four motorbikes were carried out, so two motorbikes each, so that the perpetrators are estimated to be eight," said Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan to reporters, Monday, May 9.
In handling the case, one perpetrator, Muhammad Rizky, has been arrested. He was caught in action.
Currently, the perpetrator Muhammad Rizky has been handed over to the Kebayoran Baru Metro Police. Intensive examination is being carried out.
According to Zulpan, with the arrest of this one perpetrator, sooner or later the other perpetrators who are still at large are believed to be caught soon.
"Hopefully in the near future we can catch him. Now investigators from the South Jakarta Metro Police are working to uncover this case," said Zulpan.
For information, two TNI members from Yonarhanud 10/ABC Kodam Jaya, Prada Junior Noval and Prada Ardian Sapta Savela, became victims of a robbery on Saturday, May 7.
The two soldiers became victims while crossing the Pasar Kebayoran Baru area, South Jakarta. However, the robbery failed because the two soldiers fought back by kicking the perpetrators' motorbikes.
