All PNS In Bengkulu Provincial Government Not Allowed WFH Today, Satpol PP Holds Sidak

BENGKULU - State civil servants (ASN) or civil servants (PNS) within the Bengkulu Provincial Government still enter the office or do not apply to work from home (WFH) after the peak of Lebaran 2022 homecoming. Ensure that the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) conducts inspections.

The inspection followed up on a Circular (SE) from the Regional Secretary of Bengkulu Province which prohibited WFH civil servants after the long holiday of Eid al-Fitr 1443 Hijri. No ASN has been found who has not come to work without a statement," said Head of the local Satpol PP Murlin Hanizar in Bengkulu, Monday, May 9.

Murlin stated that the implementation of working from the office is 100 percent considering that COVID-19 cases in Bengkulu Province have begun to decline and there have been no additional active cases over the past few days.

"Starting today, all ASN in the Bengkulu provincial government have implemented working from the office 100 percent," he said.

Previously, it was emphasized that if there were civil servants who did not come to work without clear reasons, they would be given sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the Inspectorate and Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) with the decision of the Governor of Bengkulu as the official staffing supervisor.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Bengkulu Provincial Health Office, Herwan Antoni, explained that of the total civil servants there were 305 people and 298 people attended.

A total of seven civil servants who were absent due to five study assignments and two other sick leave.
