Rest Area Trans Sumatra KM 48 A Toll Road Filled With Homecoming Vehicles
BANDARLAMPUNG - The Trans Sumatra Toll Road (JTTS) resting place at KM 48 A of the Bakauheni-Terbanggibesar segment is filled with homecoming vehicles from Java Island who rest before continuing their journey.
Based on observations at the location, travelers who stop at the type A rest area are not only used to rest, but are also used to refuel vehicles and clean themselves.
"We stopped for a moment to rest before continuing on our way to the house in Tanggamus," said Tari, one of the travelers met at the location, reported by Antara, Saturday, April 30.
He said apart from resting to refresh the body after traveling back and forth, the opportunity to stop at a resting place was also used to wait for iftar with his family.
"This is us while waiting for iftar as well. So while we rest we wait for iftar," he said.
The same thing was said by Primary travelers with the aim of Bandar Lampung. According to him, it is better to rest first than to force yourself to drive a vehicle in a tired state in JTTS.
"Rather than being dangerous, it's better to rest first in the rest area and at the same time refuel," he said.
Meanwhile, at the KM 20 A and 67 A JTTS rest areas, there were also many homecomers who stopped their vehicles even though they were not as busy as in the KM 48 A rest area.
The flow of vehicles on the JTTS from the direction of the island of Java to Sumatra was seen to be busy passing on H-2 Lebaran 1443 Hijriah.
