DPC Peradi In Central Java Report Hotman Paris To The Police

SEMARANG - The Branch Leadership Council (DPC) of Peradi throughout Central Java reported advocate Hotman Paris Hutapea to the Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of the Central Java Police.

The chairman of the DPC Peradi Magelang, Ida Wahidatul Hazanah, who represented Peradi administrators throughout Central Java when reporting to the Ditkrimsus Polda Central Java, said this report was related to the defamation of the lawyer's organization allegedly committed by the lawyer.

According to him, the report was made after the previous warning (subpoena) sent to him to apologize was not responded to. "Until the specified time limit has passed, it turns out that there has been no apology," he said, quoted by Antara, Thursday, April 28.

In his report, he continued, Peradi felt aggrieved, defamed, and caused a commotion.

Ida explained that Hotman Paris called the Peradi DPN under the leadership of Otto Hasibuan illegitimate, so the advocate card issued by the Peradi organization under Hasibuan's leadership was invalid and could not hold proceedings or convene.

The report also included a number of pieces of evidence, such as photos and voice recordings of Hutapea, including screenshots of social media postings about the alleged allegations. He said that this police report had been received directly by the Cyber Crime Sub-Directorate of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Central Java Police.

Meanwhile, the Coordinator of Peradi for the Central Java Region, Badrus Zaman, said that there were 26 Peradi DPCs in Central Java who reported this to the police.

"We from the regional coordinators are ready to support and assist this report," he said.
