Reveals 4 Cases Of Cross-Provincial Drug Circulation, Mukomuko Police Arrest 6 Perpetrators With Some Evidence

MUKOMUKO - The Drug Unit of the Mukomuko Resort Police (Polres) of the Bengkulu Police again revealed that there were four cases of drug trafficking networks across the Bengkulu-West Sumatra (West Sumatra) province in the area.

From the disclosure of this case, as many as six people were arrested for being proven to be distributing shabu-shabu and marijuana.

Mukomuko Police Chief AKBP Witdiardi said the disclosure of these four drug cases was based on information from the public. Drug Satres personnel followed up by arresting the perpetrators.

In the first case, three perpetrators were arrested in the Talang Baru Village area, Malin Deman District, namely HM (27) and FN (19) residents of Talang Baru Village, Malin Deman District.

"Evidence that was secured from the two perpetrators, namely two small packets of methamphetamine, three cellphones and a shabu-shabu suction device, fragrant tea, scissors, three matches," he said in a written statement received at Mukomuko, Between, Wednesday, April 27.

Then in the second case, one suspect was secured in Tanjung Jaya Village, Ipuh District, namely WY (27) with evidence of a small package of used shabu-shabu, wrapped in clear plastic clips with red stripes.

The four perpetrators are subject to Article 112 (1) jo 127 (1) Law no. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics with a minimum prison sentence of four years and a maximum of 12 years.

Then in the third case, one suspect was secured on Jalan Batu Kumbang, Pulau Baru Village, Ipuh District, namely SM (21) with evidence of a small package of marijuana type drugs wrapped in brown rice wrapping paper.

Then in the fourth case, one suspect was detained at the Ajo brand restaurant in Air Buluh Village, Ipuh District, namely RC (26) with evidence of a small package of marijuana wrapped in brown rice wrappers.

These two perpetrators are entangled in Article 111 Paragraph (1) of Law no. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics with a minimum imprisonment of four years and a maximum of 12 years.

He appealed to the entire community to jointly monitor each other and take care of their families so that they do not become victims of drug abuse. If there is information related to drug abuse, it should be reported immediately.
