Not Complying With Regulations, BPJAMSOSTEK And North Sulawesi Manpower And Transmigration Agency Call 50 Companies To Provide Education
MANADO - The Manpower and Transmigration Office of North Sulawesi (Sulut) together with BPJAMSOSTEK summoned companies that have not complied with social security in the area.
"We call that companies must not register, companies register part of the program, and companies that are in arrears," said Pps Head of North Sulawesi's BPJAMSOSTEK Nursalam Halim in Manado, Antara, Wednesday, April 27.
He said his party summoned the company to provide education and socialization on compliance with the BPJAMSOSTEK program.
"This time we summoned about 50 companies in North Sulawesi that are not compliant with BPJAMSOSTEK," he said.
His party did the socialization and the summons hoped that the company would be able to carry out its obligations because all of this had already been regulated.
This outreach and summons also involved the North Sulawesi Manpower and Transmigration Office.
"Thank you to Mrs. Kadis who has facilitated this activity," he said.
The Head of the North Sulawesi Manpower and Transmigration Office, Erny Tumundo, said he hoped that companies that had not complied would immediately pay their dues. "This is related to guarantees for workers, they are company assets so they need to be protected," he said.
