Ahok Asked To 'Flash' Pertamina Managing Director Nicke Widyawati For Not Being Cooperative When Summoned By The KPK Supervisory Board
JAKARTA - President Commissioner of PT Pertamina (Persero) Basuki Tjahja Purnama alias Ahok was asked to remind President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) Nicke Widyawati to cooperate with the summons of the Supervisory Board of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK). This request came after Nicke did not attend the examination of alleged ethical violations by KPK Deputy Chair Lili Pintauli Siregar.
Member of the KPK Supervisory Board, Syamsuddin Haris, said that PT Pertamina (Persero) President Director Nicke Widyawati was not cooperative in responding to the summons for questioning regarding the alleged receipt of accommodation gratification and the Mandalika MotoGP ticket that Lili received.
This causes the examination of the alleged violator of ethics to be hampered. Not only that, Lili has not yet been examined because the evidence and information related to the receipt have not been complete.
"The clarification on Pertamina has not been completed because the Pertamina president director is not cooperative. He has been invited for clarification and rescheduled, but he did not attend," said Syamsuddin Haris in a written statement to reporters, Tuesday, April 26.
The KPK Council hopes that Nicke will cooperate in responding to the summons so that Lili's alleged ethical violation can be immediately explained. "Clarification to the LPS mother has been delayed because the collection of materials and information from external parties has not been completed," he said.
"Dewas hopes that the cooperation between the President Director of Pertamina can work together and be cooperative in uncovering alleged ethical violations by the LPS mother," added Syamsuddin.
Lili allegedly received gratuities in the form of hotel accommodations to tickets to watch the Mandalika MotoGP from PT Pertamina (Persero). This complaint was then followed up by the KPK Council by asking for clarification from a number of parties.
Not only that, Tumpak Hatorangan et al have asked related parties to bring proof of booking accommodation at Amber Lombok Beach Resort and Mandalika MotoGP tickets at the Grandstand Premium Zone A-Red.
Back to Nicke, his absence from the examination agenda that was scheduled by the KPK Supervisory Board made the Indonesian Anti-Corruption Society (MAKI) plan to send a letter to Ahok, who is the President Commissioner of PT Pertamina.
This letter contains a request that Ahok remind the President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) Nicke Widyawati to cooperate with the summons of the Supervisory Board of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
"MAKI will send a letter to Ahok as the President Commissioner of Pertamina to order the President Director of Pertamina to come to the KPK Council immediately," said MAKI Coordinator Boyamin Saiman in a written statement to reporters.
Boyamin hoped that Ahok would respond to the letter. Thus, the KPK Council could examine Nicke to reveal the alleged ethical violation committed by Lili.
"The letter to Ahok is intended so that the examination of alleged ethical violations by the IDIC will be completed immediately and brought to trial," he said.
For your information, this is not the first time that Lili has had to face the Supervisory Board. On August 30, 2021, the Corruption Eradication Committee (KPK) Council stated that Lili was proven to have violated the code of ethics and code of conduct, so she was sentenced to severe sanctions.
He was found guilty of violating the code of ethics and behavioral guidelines in the form of abuse of influence as a KPK leader for personal interests and in dealing directly with the party whose case is being handled by the KPK, namely the Mayor of Tanjungbalai M Syahrial.
For her actions, Lili was given a severe sanction in the form of cutting her basic salary by 40 percent for 12 months or Rp. 1,848 million
