Instead Of Going Back To The Village By Motorbike, It Is Recommended That Travelers, Ganjar Pranowo, Take Advantage Of The Free Homecoming Transportation

JAKARTA - Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo asked travelers not to use motorbikes to go home for Lebaran. For the sake of safety and comfort, Ganjar advises travelers to take advantage of free homecoming transportation.

"We recommend travelers not to use motorbikes, because it will be very dangerous on the road," said Ganjar in a written statement, Friday, April 22.

As in previous years, he recommended that motorbikes be transported by boat.

Ganjar said the number of homecomers entering Central Java in previous years was the highest in Indonesia. The number can reach nine million travelers.

This year, the number of homecomers entering Central Java is estimated to be even higher than in previous years.

According to Ganjar, if there will be 23 million people who will move in Java.

"Now we are being monitored with a light survey, we will count the registrants who enter all the free homecoming organizers," he said.

Ganjar said for the readiness to go home for Lebaran, ready or not, you have to be ready. This year, it is estimated that the number of homecomers will rise quite high, so all transportation dimensions are asked to be on standby.
