JAKARTA - The East Jakarta District Court will hold an inaugural trial for a fake passport case with three defendants. It is planned that the trial will be held next week.

The defendants were charged with nearly the same article. Joko Tjandra will be charged with Article 263 paragraph (1) and (2) of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) 1 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code.
Then, Anita Dewi Kolopaking will be charged with Article 263 paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) of the KUHP in conjunction with Article 55 1 in conjunction with Article 6 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code. The second indictment, Article 426 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 64 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code and the third indictment of Article 221 of the Criminal Code.
