VIDEO: Cooking Oil Export Case, Attorney General's Office Names Four Suspects

JAKARTA - These are the four suspects in the alleged corruption case in providing export facilities for CPO and its derivatives. The four suspects were led out of the investigator room of the young attorney general for special crimes at the Attorney General's Office, Tuesday (19/4). They were taken to the detention room, after investigators discovered their involvement in the case. The suspects are the Director General of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Trade, Indrasari Wisnu Wardhana, Commissioner of PT Wilmar Nabati Indonesia Master Parulian Tumanggor. Then Stanley MA as the Senior Manager of Corporate Affairs for Permata Hijau Group and Picare Togare Sitanggang as general manager in the general affairs section of PT Musim Mas. Attorney General Sianitar Burhanuddin said the suspects were suspected of distributing CPO that did not match the domestic sales price. And not distributing 20 percent of CPO into the country from total exports as stated in the regulations. The suspects will be charged with Article 54 of Law Number 7 of 2014 concerning Trade and the Decree of the Minister of Trade Number 129 of 2022 with a penalty of five years in prison. For the purposes of investigation, the suspects are currently in the detention room of the Attorney General's Office. Watch the video below.
