League 1 Player Transfer News Today: Borneo Gets Misbakus Solihin, Persebaya Surabaya Also Has New Recruits
JAKARTA - Borneo FC continues to improve the squad to navigate the competition next season. Most recently, they officially brought in former PSS Sleman player, Misbakus Solihin.
Misbakus' presence in the Pesut Etam squad as a new player is the second after Shahar Ginanjar. Through the official Instagram, Borneo reported that Misbakus would play for the team for the next two years.
The presence of the player from Surabaya is expected to be able to increase the strength of the Borneo FC midfield which is already inhabited by Sultan Samma, Hendro Siswanto, Kei Hirose, Wahyudi Hamisi and Komang Teguh.
“Welcome to the big family of Borneo FC Misbakus Solihin!! Adding strength in the midfield, this player from Surabaya will be with Pesut Etam for a duration of 2 years," wrote a statement made by Borneo FC.
It's not just Borneo FC who are aggressively bringing in new players to look more fierce next season. Giant Surabaya, Persebaya also did not want to lose.
Through the official page on Instagram, Bajul Ijo announced the news of an unusual recruitment. Unmitigated, the team made by Aji Santoso brought in four players at once.
Interestingly, the four new players are young players who graduated from the Elite Pro Academy (EPA), which consists of one right-back, two attacking midfielders and a striker. They are Deni Agus, Arief Catur, Risky Dwiyan, Muhammad Widi Syarief.
"Welcome young people, as many as four young players who graduated from the Persebaya EPA team received long-term contracts with the senior team," wrote Persebaya's official account.
On the same day, Persita Tangerang also delivered new news. The team nicknamed the Cisadane Warriors announced that their defender, Muhamad Toha, remained in the team.
