North Maluku Provincial Government Forbids ASN ASN Going For Eid Al-Fitr Using Official Cars
TERNATE - The North Maluku Provincial Government has prohibited state civil servants (ASN) from using state facilities in the form of official cars for Lebaran homecoming trips to their hometowns.
"I instruct all ASNs to comply with the prohibition against using state facilities, such as official cars, when going home; and if any ASN violates the provisions, they will be dealt with according to the provisions," said North Maluku Provincial Secretary Syamsuddin A. Kadir in Ternate, reported by Antara, Tuesday. , April 19.
The ban follows up on the Circular (SE) of the Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (Menpan RB) Number 13 of 2022 concerning ASN Employee Leave During the National Holiday Period and Joint Leave for Eid Al-Fitr 1443 Hijriah.
The provincial government also reminded all ASN and regional officials who have official cars to comply with regulations. The North Maluku Regional Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDMD) will conduct a study regarding the ban on the use of state facilities during the homecoming, he added.
He also appealed to the entire community to continue to adhere to health protocols when going home to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
In addition, he also reminded all ASN in the North Maluku Provincial Government to continue to provide services to the community during the holy month of Ramadan, according to the provisions of working hours.
Menpan RB Tjahjo Kumolo in the SE Number 13 of 2022 prohibits ASN from using official cars for Lebaran homecoming trips.
In the SE, Tjahjo also asked the Personnel Guidance Officials (PPK) in each government agency to ensure that all officials and ASN do not use official vehicles for going home, on vacation, or other things outside of official interests.
