Anies Asks Bank DKI BUMD To Create A Modern Ecosystem For Customers To MSMEs

JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan asked BUMD Bank DKI to improve the modernization of the banking ecosystem for its customers, including MSME players who participate in their service program.

This was conveyed by Anies in the context of the 61st anniversary of Bank DKI which was seen on the Bank DKI YouTube account.

"It is hoped that Bank DKI will create a banking ecosystem that is not only modern, safe and comfortable for all people, but also for MSMEs and business actors in Jakarta," Anies said as quoted on Friday, April 15.

Anies also believes that Bank DKI is able to answer the challenges of the times to address banking needs in the present and the future. The trick is to continue to innovate digital banking products and services, so that customers feel more secure, comfortable and efficient when transacting.

"God willing, Bank DKI will continue to develop and of course our joint work will be carried out as well as possible. I hope that product innovation and digital banking service innovation will continue to be carried out by Bank DKI," said Anies.

Separately, the Corporate Secretary of Bank DKI, Herry Djufraini, revealed that his party has a number of service innovations that make banking transactions easier.

One of them is JakOne Mobile. This financial service application consists of mobile banking and mobile wallet that can be used to carry out daily necessities transactions at merchants in collaboration with Bank DKI.

It was noted that as of December 2021, the number of JakOne Mobile users reached 1.51 million users. With a nominal number of transactions reaching Rp15.48 trillion, and transaction volume reaching 18.38 million transactions.

"We hope that JakOne Mobile can meet the needs of the young community or students who want various conveniences of financial transactions, fast, practical, and most importantly safe in their hands," said Herry some time ago.

In financing facilities, Bank DKI is also digitizing by presenting the Micro Finance e-Form. "This service can be used by customers to apply for Bank DKI microfinance online," he said.

In addition, Bank DKI also has a variety of digital products such as e-Form Micro Finance, JakOne Abank, e-Order, and scan to pay QRIS that can support the development of MSMEs.
