In a convincing medico-legal opinion to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), the six-member team rejected claims that Sushant was poisoned and strangled. AIIMS doctor Sudhir Gupta said the panel found no traces of poison and drugs in internal organs.
Times Now recently reported that a leaked Dr Gupta audio recording has emerged in which he claims that Sushant did not die by suicide.
According to reports, he made this statement after seeing the photo of Sushant's body. The Sushant family is now demanding a new forensic investigation.
Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging in his Mumbai apartment on June 14 under mysterious circumstances.
