YouTube Had A Disruption That Affected Thousands Of Its Users Around The World

JAKARTA - Alphabet Inc's YouTube. announced on Tuesday, April 12, that it had fixed an issue that had plagued certain features for its several thousand users across online social media and video sharing platforms.

"All fixed - you can now sign in, switch between accounts and use the account menu & navigation bar across all services (YouTube, YouTube TV, YouTube Music, YouTube Studio) and devices," YouTube tweeted.

Nearly 10,000 users have reported problems with the service on Downdetector, a website that tracks outages by compiling status reports from a number of sources, including user-submitted errors on its platform.

Signing in to YouTube, switching accounts and using the navigation bar are some of the issues users face, YouTube said in a tweet at the time of the crash.

Users have also reported problems accessing the live television platform YouTube TV, according to the outage tracking website.

The problem affecting the platform is not clear. However, it is very complained by some users.
