KPK Deputy Chair Lili Pintauli Reported About Alleged MotoGP Watch Facilities At The Mandalika Circuit
JAKARTA - The Supervisory Board of the Corruption Eradication Commission (Dewas KPK) confirmed that KPK Deputy Chairman Lili Pintauli Siregar was reported on suspicion of receiving facilities to watch the 2022 MotoGP race at the Mandalika International Circuit, West Nusa Tenggara.
"Yes, it is in the process," said KPK Board Member Harjono as quoted by Antara, Tuesday, April 12.
Meanwhile, another member of the Corruption Eradication Committee, Syamsuddin Haris, said that the KPK Council was currently studying the report.
"Currently, the KPK Council is studying the complaint in accordance with the applicable standard operating procedures," said Haris.
The report is known as a document obtained by ANTARA on Tuesday. Lili allegedly received facilities in the form of tickets to watch the Mandalika MotoGP at the A-Red Premium Grandstand and lodging at Amber Lombok Beach Resort.
Previously, Lili had also been reported to the KPK Council. On August 30, 2021, the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Council stated that Lili was proven guilty of violating the code of ethics and code of conduct and was therefore sentenced to severe sanctions.
Dewas stated that Lili was guilty of violating the code of ethics and code of conduct in the form of abusing her influence as a KPK leader for personal interests and dealing directly with the party whose case is being handled by the KPK, namely the Mayor of Tanjungbalai M Syahrial.
Lili was given a severe sanction in the form of cutting her basic salary by 40 percent for 12 months or Rp. 1,848 million.
