Rarely Get Passengers, Driver Asks Gojek To Fix Gocar Instant Application
JAKARTA - A number of Gocar drivers complained that it was very difficult to get passengers at Soekarno Hatta Airport due to the disappearance of the Gocar Instant feature which initially made it easier for drivers to get passengers.
Initially GoCar Instant was present in 2019. Through Gocar Instant, service users at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport can quickly and easily get their transportation needs.
This feature is also supported by Gocar Instant pick-up points at Arrival Terminals 2D and 2F, Arrival 1A and Domestic and International Terminal 3 at Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Unfortunately, this did not last long, even now Gojek seems to have let this feature disappear.
"Now it's hard for us to get orders at Soetta Airport, because the Gocar Instant feature doesn't exist anymore. I really want to go back to how it used to be, it's easy to get passengers," said one Gocar driver.
Not only that, he also complained about the absence of branding carried out by Gojek in the Soekarno Hatta Airport Area. This indirectly makes passengers reluctant to use the Gocar application because of the lack of rebranding.
"The Gojek/Gocar logo is no longer available at Soetta airport, so many people or passengers don't know anymore that we (Gocar) exist at Soetta Airport. If possible, Gojek would like to intervene to solve this problem," he said.
