Bank DKI Customers Can Now Withdraw Cash Without An ATM Card
JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan reviewed Bank DKI's new services in the form of mobile cash and cash recycle machine (CRM) at the Bank DKI Service office at DKI Jakarta City Hall.
Mobile cash is a cash withdrawal service without an ATM card through the JakOne Mobile application. Meanwhile, CRM services make it easy for customers to make withdrawals and deposit transactions without having to go to the service office.
The President Director of Bank DKI, Fidri Arnaldy said, these two services are an adaptive step for Bank DKI to meet the needs and changing patterns of customer behavior.
"The Mobile Cash and CRM digital services are a manifestation of the digital transformation currently being carried out by Bank DKI," said Fidri in his statement, Monday, April 11.
The two new services included in the New Flagship Branch program were started at DKI Jakarta City Hall. New Flagship Branch carries a modern, comfort & friendly concept to improve service quality to customers.
Fidri continued, the New Flagship Branch of Bank DKI is also designed to be friendly to customers with disabilities. Bank DKI provides comfortable lounges to serve disabled customers, as well as disabled-friendly toilets and other disabled facilities.
"This New Flagship Branch at City Hall of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government will be a pilot. For the next stage, the New Flagship Branch will be carried out at Bank DKI service offices in 5 DKI Jakarta administrative city areas so that later more and more customers and prospective customers of Bank DKI will be able to enjoy the New Flagship. This branch," he explained.
In addition to the New Flagship Branch, Fidri said Bank DKI will continue to innovate digital banking services such as JakOne Pay and JakSchool.
This is an effort by Bank DKI to continue to strengthen digital banking services to various communities in DKI Jakarta and to complement the JakOne Community Apps that are currently available.
