Investigation Dossier Of Bripka H In The Case Of The Shooting Of Protesters Delegated To The Parimo District Attorney's Office
PALU - The Central Sulawesi Regional Police have handed over the case files of Bripka H, the shooter for the protest against mining to the District Attorney (Kejari) Parigi Moutong (Parimo).
"Investigators from the Ditreskrimum of the Central Sulawesi Police have transferred the case files from the investigation to the Public Prosecutor of the Parigi District Attorney," said Head of Public Relations of the Central Sulawesi Police, Kombes Didik Supranoto, in a statement released by Antara, in Palu, Monday, April 11.
Didik said that the Bripka H case file had been transferred to the Parigi Moutong District Attorney's Office for Phase I. The transfer of case files for phase I was carried out Monday (11/4) by the investigators and received by the Parimo District Attorney's Staff in accordance with the Central Sulawesi Police Ditreskrimum Letter Number: BP/27/IV/2022/Ditreskrimum dated 7 April 2022.
"Furthermore, investigators are waiting for the results of the research conducted by the prosecutor, whether the file is declared complete P.21 or there are still things that need to be added, both formal and material requirements," he explained.
It is known that Bripka H has been appointed by the Ditreskrimum Investigator of the Central Sulawesi Police as a suspect in the death of Erfaldi alias Aldi, a resident of Tada Village, during a protest against mining in Parigi Moutong Regency on February 12, 2022.
Central Sulawesi Police Chief Inspector General Rudy Sufahriadi has announced the results of the South Sulawesi Regional Police's Bidlabfor ballistic test at PRIK Jakarta.
The results of the ballistic test were found to be identical to the bullets or comparison projectiles fired from the organic firearm type HS-9 pistol serial number H239748, which is known to be the holder of Bripka H, a member of the Parigi Moutong Police.
Bripka H is the Narcotics Detective of the Parimo Police who assisted in dissolving the blocking of the Trans Sulawesi Road.
