Coming To The Corruption Eradication Commission, Minister Of Manpower Ida Explained The Realization Of Worker Wage Subsidy Assistance
JAKARTA - Minister of Manpower Ida Fauziyah explained the realization of wage subsidies for workers with salaries below IDR 5 million. The presentation was delivered after holding a meeting with KPK leaders at the KPK Red and White House, Kuningan Persada.
According to him, the distribution of the first stage wage subsidy assistance has reached 99.32 percent or 2.4 million recipients. In the second stage, the number of recipients reached 99.38 percent or 2.9 million.
"Then the third stage is 99.32 percent or 3.4 million recipients and the fourth stage, because it is currently running, 1.8 million or 69.18 percent are already in progress," Ida said in a press conference that was held after the meeting, Friday, October 2.
Meanwhile for the fifth stage, he said, the data for potential recipients had just been received by his ministry on Wednesday, September 30 yesterday. So it still needs to be checked first and it will take about four days before it is submitted to the State Treasury Service Office (KPPN).
"So on the 5th day it can be submitted to the KPPN," he said.
This National Awakening Party (PKB) politician explained that in the data checking process there were 130,183 potential recipients who experienced problems such as duplication of accounts, closed accounts, passive accounts, invalid, and frozen accounts. According to Ida, this has been reported in a meeting with the anti-graft agency to further coordinate with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
In addition, Ida will also coordinate with channeling banks regarding the problematic accounts. In addition, his party will also set up a complaint post and an online data check system for potential recipients through the Employment Information System (Sisnaker) portal.
Ida hopes that from the 130 thousand people who experience this problem, they can report via telephone service or use the WhatsApp short message-based application, and sites that can be visited. Later, those who experience problems and those who have not received this subsidy will receive subsidies through the fourth stage or it could be in the fifth stage.
Apart from alluding to the realization of wage subsidy assistance, in this activity Ida also explained that there was a refund of budget money in this program. This is due to a reduction in subsidy recipients from 15.7 million subsidy recipients to 12.4 million and his party will revise and return the remaining money to the Ministry of Finance.
Likewise, money that does not enter the recipient's account will be immediately deposited back into the state treasury.
Regarding the reduction, the President Director of BPJS Kesehatan, Agus Susanto, who attended the meeting, said that the wage subsidy assistance recipients were depreciated due to the Minister of Manpower Regulation No. 14/2020. Under this regulation, subsidy recipients must be those who have active bank accounts.
If you refer to the data they have, currently the number of accounts that have entered BP Jamsostek has reached 14.8 million. From this data, his party then carried out the validation in three stages. First, coordinating with 128 banks to match existing account numbers with data held by the bank.
The second stage is to ensure that the subsidy recipient's salary is below IDR 5 million in accordance with applicable regulations. Finally, the data is checked again and the name and account number must match the one at BP Jamsostek.
"Then there must be a NIK and the same membership data. That means one NIK, one membership number at BP Jamsostek," he explained.
From this verification, in the end, only 12.4 million people were later declared eligible to receive the subsidy. Meanwhile, the rest could not be continued because 1.8 million of them had salaries that did not match the criteria.
