Circulating Videos With Narratives Of Klitih Groups Wandering In Klaten Even Though The Video Is Old, The Uploader Is Examined By The Police

KLATEN - The Klaten Resort Police moved quickly to follow up on viral video content with a narrative of klitih groups wandering around Klaten, Central Java. It turned out to be an old video. The uploader was also checked by the police.

The video was first uploaded on the TikTok account @FbrrzrYK and finally went viral after being reposted on the IG account klaten.update. In the video it is described as if there is a group of klitih roaming around Klaten.

After receiving the report, the Klaten Police then carried out an investigation in the field and also checked the admin of the Klaten.update IG account.

"Finally, it was concluded that there was no clinical incident as mentioned in the video. There was also a fact that the video was an old video that was re-uploaded," said the Klaten Police, Friday, April 8.

The IG admin with the initials AD later pleaded guilty to re-uploading the video without paying attention to the truth of the video content and apologizing to the public for the unrest it caused.

"I caused unrest in the community, for my mistake I apologize profusely to the whole community," said the uploader.
