Not Accepting Sushant Rajput Being Labeled A Drug Addict, This Actor Attacks Rhea Chakraborty On Twitter

JAKARTA - Shekhar Suman is stifled by the stigma of a 'drug addict' attached to Sushant Singh Rajput. In a recent tweet on Twitter, the actor lashed out at anyone who attacks Sushant's character.

"All the confessions and testimonies of the woman being examined for drug cases tarnish Sushant's name and call him a drug addict. It also attacks his character. This is very unfair and inhuman, because the dead cannot defend themselves," chirped Shekhar.

It looks like Shekhar lashed out at Rhea Chakraborty, who reportedly accused Sushant of taking drugs even before they were in a relationship.

Soon after Sushant's death, Shekhar visited his family in Patna. The actor also campaigned for a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) investigation into Sushant's death. He also repeatedly urged the late actor to get justice.

Sushant Rajput passed away on June 14 at his residence in Bandra. Her family travels from Patna to perform Sushant's last rites in Mumbai.

The 34 year old actor is in a relationship with Rhea Chakraborty. Sushant's father has raised several accusations against the actress in the first information report (FIR) filed in July.

Last month, Rhea was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau in connection with a drug case, which arose from an investigation into Sushant's death. Several Bollywood celebrities have also been questioned by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in connection with drug investigations.
