Langkat Regent Publishes Plan To Warn The Winds To Suspect Human Cage

The North Sumatran Police Chief Inspector General Panca Putra Simanjuntak said that the determination of the suspect status was issued after the investigation team carried out an investigation into the investigation into this case.
Inspector General Panca said that after collecting evidence and facts and coordinating with Komnas HAM and LPSK, investigators from the General Criminal Directorate (Ditkrimum) conducted a case in this case.
"Today the investigative team has conducted a case and determined the TRP as the person or party who owns the place and is responsible for the place and is named a suspect," he said in Medan, Tuesday, April 5.
To account for his actions, the Published Plan for Warring Wind was charged with article 2, article 7, article 10 of Law number 21 of 2007 concerning the Crime of Trafficking in Persons (TPPO).
"And or Article 333 of the Criminal Code, Article 351, Article 352 and Article 353 of persecution resulting in the victim's death. Everything is applied especially to the TRP in conjunction with Article 55 paragraphs 1 to 1 and 2 of the Criminal Code," said the Kapolda.
The Regional Police Chief emphasized that investigators are still working professionally in handling this case.
"Investigators are still in the process of completing all available evidence. In the near future we will complete this case," he said.
Previously, North Sumatra Police investigators named eight suspects in the case of the death of the occupants of the cage belonging to the Langkat Regent, the issuance of a Wind War Plan.
