Sweet Promise In Anies Baswedan's Prestigious Project, Formula E: Enlivened By Music Concerts To Involve MSMEs
JAKARTA - The Chief Executive of Formula E, Ahmad Sahroni, revealed the excitement of the Formula E event in Ancol on June 4, 2022.
Sahroni revealed that the organizers believed that the prestigious project of DKI Governor Anies Baswedan could accommodate 50 thousand spectators. Previously, the organizers had reduced the capacity to accommodate 50 thousand spectators to a minimum of 10 thousand due to limited land.
However, without explaining the reason, the implementing committee canceled the capacity reduction. "So it has been agreed that the minimum number of Formula E tickets will be 50 thousand," said Sahroni on Monday, April 4.
Sahroni said, the audience chairs will be made with various classes. Therefore, his party also sells tickets at various prices, starting from the cheapest Rp. 350 thousand and the most expensive to millions of rupiah.
However, ticket sales for this electric car racing event have not yet been opened. Ticket sales, he said, will start in May or a month before Formula E is held on June 4, 2022.
It didn't stop there, Sahroni also promised that the organizers would provide various entertainment events that could be enjoyed by the audience and visitors, such as music concerts to culinary festivals.
"The event will also be very lively. Where, we hold music concerts filled with famous musicians and music groups. We will have three stages that will show entertainment from morning to night,” said Sahroni.
In addition, Sahroni also said that the Formula E event would facilitate MSME players to trade. Later, they will not only be given the opportunity to do business, but also be given training on good customer service.
"In this event later, we will involve MSMEs, where they are not only given the opportunity to do business or sell, but also the opportunity to learn. These MSMEs will be trained to have international-class service standards," he explained.
As is known, the Formula E circuit itself is currently still under construction and almost completed. Construction of the circuit began on February 3, 2022 and is targeted for completion in early April.
The shape of the Formula E track is said to be similar to a lumping horse. Then, the Jakarta International E-Prix circuit has 18 bends, 600 meters of straight track, clockwise direction, and 2.4 kilometers of track length.
After the circuit is completed, PT Jakpro as the BUMD organizer will start the installation of stands, paddock, and other facilities until early May 2022. Furthermore, the circuit will be reviewed and tested by FEO as the license holder of Formula E. Until finally, Formula E will be held in Ancol on June 4, 2022.
