Drug Party, 3 Acehnese Officials And 2 Women Arrested By The Police At The Hotel

JAKARTA - Three unscrupulous Southeast Aceh officials were caught having a narcotics party at a hotel in Medan, North Sumatra. As a result, the three officials were arrested by the Medan City Police.

The three officials are the Head of Industry and Trade of the Southeast Aceh Regency Government with the initials R (52), the Head of Finance for the Southeast Aceh Regency Government with the initials Z (43), and the staff of the Regional Secretary (Sekda) of the Southeast Aceh Regency Government with the initials S (52).

"They were secured after leaving one of the nightclubs or clubbing," said Head of Medan Police, Kombes Riko Sunarko during a press conference at the Medan Police Headquarters, reported by Antara, Wednesday, September 30.

Riko said, apart from the three officials, his party also secured six other people, namely three men who were also residents of Aceh, SEP (48), D (40), and B (52). Then two women SA and IN.

The arrests began with reports from the public of a group of people having a drug party at a nightclub in Medan.

Officers headed straight to the location and saw the eight people were partying. Soon, the eight people went out to a hotel on Jalan Darussalam Medan.

The officers followed and when they arrived at the hotel, officers took action and examined them and found one ecstasy pill.

From the results of urine tests, the six men tested positive for drugs and were named suspects. "The six have been detained, while 2 women are still witnesses," he said.
