Deputy Regent Muhammad Nafiah Asks ASN In Kapuas To Observe Working Hours During Ramadan

KUALA KAPUAS - Deputy Regent of Kapuas Muhammad Nafiah Ibnor reminded and asked all ranks of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) within the local district government to comply with the adjustment of working hours that have been set for Ramadan.

"ASN must comply with this circular in order to ensure the continuity of government administration and the effectiveness of carrying out official duties during the month of Ramadan 1443 Hijri," said Nafiah Ibnor in Kuala Kapuas, Antara, Friday, April 1.

He also advised all ASN to respect each other and maintain discipline during the month of Ramadan 2022, without reducing the productivity and achievement of ASN performance and organizational performance.

According to him, the determination of working hours for the administration of government and the effectiveness of carrying out official duties during the month of Ramadan is in accordance with the Circular (SE) of the Kapuas Regent Number: 800/116/P3I/BKPSDM.2022, regarding the determination of working hours, it is deemed necessary to make adjustments to working hours for ASN in the month of Ramadan.

The adjustment hours for work units that apply five working days include Monday to Thursday at 08.00-15.00 WIB and rest time at 12.00-12.30 WIB. As for Friday, 08.00-15.30 WIB with rest time at 11.30-12.30 WIB.

Then for work units that apply six working days, namely, Monday to Thursday and Saturday at 08.00-14.00 WIB with rest time at 12.00-12.30 WIB. As for Friday, 08.00-14.30 WIB with rest time at 11.30-12.30 WIB.

"It is hoped that all ASNs will comply with the adjustment of working hours that have been set in the circular letter of the Kapuas Regent," said Nafiah Ibnor.
