According to him, the determination of ASN working hours in the month of Ramadan 1443 Hijri is in accordance with the circular letter of the Mayor of Mataram Number 061.2/208/ORG/III/2022, namely, the reduction of ASN working hours during Ramadan 1443 Hijri is reduced by five hours. From the previous 37.5 hours to 32.5 hours per week.
The circular letter follows up on the circular letter of the Minister for Empowerment of State Civil Apparatus and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPANRB) No. 11 of 2022 concerning the working hours of government employees.
The SE, he continued, is aimed at ensuring the continuity of government administration and the effectiveness of carrying out the official duties of ASN employees during the month of Ramadan. "We have conveyed the circular letter to all ASN through the respective heads of regional apparatus organizations (OPD)," he said.
Evi further detailed that the working hours of employees during Ramadan have been cut from the previous 37.5 hours to 32.5 hours per week for five-day work units, namely Monday-Thursday from 08.00 to 15.00 WITA, while Friday from 08.00 to 15.00 WIB. 15.30 WITA.
"There is a reduction in the break from one hour to only 30 minutes for Monday-Thursday, while Friday the break is one hour," he said.
