JAKARTA - Indo Premier Sekuritas noted that 96,000 retail investors participated in the initial offering process of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GoTo) through the IPOT application. This amount is equivalent to 53.33 percent of the total 180 thousand retail investors who enter the e-IPO system.

GoTo has just received an effective statement from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and will immediately conduct a public offering on April 1-7 2022 and list its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on April 11, 2022.
Moleonoto said it would not be an exaggeration to call this IPO a capital market party, because it was carried out by a company built by Indonesians, handled by the national underwriters (PT Indo Premier Sekuritas, PT Mandiri Sekuritas and PT Trimegah Sekuritas) and enjoyed by Indonesians. also.
“Of course, this cannot be separated from the support from the Financial Services Authority, the Indonesia Stock Exchange and other SRO institutions. It is a fact that the Indonesian capital market has global capacity, because GoTo's IPO is the third largest IPO in Asia and the fifth in the world throughout 2022."
Moleonoto also said that the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (Ditjen Dukcapil Kemendagri) participated and supported this achievement, by providing services and technology that made it easier for Indonesians when opening an investor account.
