Police Arrest Woman Killer In Asahan, North Sumatra On Their Way To Kualanamu Airport
MEDAN - Police arrested a woman killer in Bandar Pasir Mandoge Village, Bandar Pasir Mandoge District, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra.
The Asahan Police Chief, AKBP Putu Yudha Prawira, said the perpetrator was arrested in less than 24 hours.
"Less than 1x24 hours, the suspect has been arrested," said AKBP Putu confirmed by VOI, Thursday, March 31.
AKBP Putu explained that the suspect was arrested while on his way to Kualanamu Airport, Deliserdang.
"(Arrested) on the way to KNO airport," he said.
However, the Asahan Police Chief has not explained in detail the identity and motives of the perpetrators of killing the victim. For the time being, he said, only 1 person has been arrested.
"We are still exploring the motive. Still developing," he said.
Previously, a woman named Orlide Boru Nababan (54) was found dead on her back and covered in blood in the living room of her house.
From the information obtained, the victim was found dead at around 04.30 WIB.
The victim's child, Jentina Boru Silitonga, said that she had heard the screams for help from her mother.
"Hear Mamak's voice screaming, but can't see because the lights are turned off. The person enters from the window where the glass is broken," said Jentina, Thursday, March 31.
At the time of the incident, the victim was at home with her two children. Apart from the victim's child, local residents also heard screams.
Hearing the screams, local residents immediately went to the victim's residence. At the scene, a sharp weapon holster was found covered in blood.
It is suspected that after committing the murder the perpetrator fled through a window that had been tampered with by the perpetrator.
