Persebaya Surabaya Will Be Left Behind By Bruno Moreira, Aji Santoso: Looks Like He Took The Opportunity To Play In Greece
JAKARTA - Persebaya Surabaya is almost certain to lose one foreign player next season. Bruno Moreira is reportedly not going to stay and choose a new challenge.
This was conveyed by the coach of Persebaya Surabaya, Aji Santoso. He said the foreign player will play in the Greek League club.
"Bruno seems to have taken the opportunity to play in Greece because a club offered him," said the Persebaya Surabaya coach, as reported by Antara.
Aji Santoso added that Bruno wanted to find a new challenge. This has been communicated to him.
"He has communicated with me if he wants to play in Greece," said the former Arema FC coach.
Aji Santoso revealed that he had spoken to all his foreign players. Some players are offered the option of defending.
However, the 51-year-old gave the players the freedom to choose, stay at Bajul Ijo or leave for another club next season.
Not only foreign players, Aji Santoso also said that some of their young players were also targeted by other clubs. Call it Ricky Kambyaya, Reva Adi Utama, to the captain, Arif Satria.
The interest of this other club cannot be separated from the impressive performance of Persebaya Surabaya during the Indonesian 1st League 2021/2022 season. Now, it is the job of club management to try to maintain their pillars.
